Terms and Conditions


A free pre-production meeting is recommended to ensure a special event/wedding production that is custom made for each  event/couple. All  field master  tapes  shall remain the property  of  Pacific Sunset Video Productions.  Pacific Sunset Video Productions is not liable for lost or damaged materials or elements. A $500.00 deposit to reserve your date must be paid upon contract signing, which is applied to balance. Wedding event reservations may be canceled three weeks prior to scheduled event date with a $25.00 administration fee being charged. If cancellation is received less than three weeks before scheduled event  date, client will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00. A one hour minimum is required for all wedding production service. Payment  of remaining balance is fifty percent (50%)  due 60 days prior to your wedding date, with remaining balance due in full upon delivery of final tapes and/or DVDs to client. Client is responsible for any and all  expenses  incurred for, including  but not  limited to,  travel  outside home area, event parking fees, lodging, and any incidental expenses. For any wedding package over five (5) hours, client shall be required to  provide  meal service  for  all members  of  video staff. Should  any discrepancies  arise, client  shall  be responsible for any and all fees incurred for settlement of account. This rate card is for the convenience of prospective clients and  agencies.
