CORPORATE

A free pre-production meeting is recommended to ensure a production that is custom made for the customer and properly budgeted. All productions meet all federal, state and local statues, as well as broadcast quality standards. All field production tapes shall remain the property of Pacific Sunset Video Productions, unless a previous purchase agreement has  been  made. Pacific Sunset Video Productions is  not  liable  for  lost or damaged  materials or elements. Event  reservations  may be  canceled 72 hours  prior to  scheduled event time, with a $25.00  administration fee.  If cancellation is received after, a fee of $250.00 will be charged. A one hour minimum is required for all field production services. Full day rates are defined as 8 hours worked, with two hours travel time. Overtime will be charged if work time exceeds previously scheduled time at a rate of 1.5 times the regular rate  per hour. A fee of $50.00 may  be charged when we are contacted for an event with less than two full business day’s notice, unless a previous agreement has been made. Payment  must be one third  up  front upon  contract signing, with  remaining balance  due in full at the end of the project if event does not require post-production. If post-production is required, payment required is one third due upon contract signing, one third on first day of production, and final third due  upon delivery of  Edited Master tape. Client is  responsible for any and all  expenses incurred for, including but not limited to, travel outside  home area, event  parking fees,  meals, lodging, and  any  other  incidental  expenses. Should  any  discrepancies arise, client shall be responsible for any and all fees incurred for settlement of account. This rate card is for the convenience of clients and agencies.
